  • With email providers (Mailgun) to deliver transactional and marketing emails.
  • With error monitoring services (Sentry) to identify and fix technical issues. This may include anonymised technical data.
  • With hosting and infrastructure providers under strict data processing agreements.
  • With regulators or authorities where legally required.

All processors act under our instructions and comply with GDPR.


7. International Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred outside the UK/EU if required for service delivery. This includes:

  • Google services (Analytics, Tag Manager, reCAPTCHA, Sign-In) – Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework
  • Meta services (Facebook Pixel, Facebook Login) – Meta is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework

In all cases, we ensure adequate safeguards are in place, including standard contractual clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission or UK ICO, or certification under an approved data transfer mechanism.


8. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary:

  • Account and participation data: while your account remains active
  • Credit balance data: 12 months from date of purchase (credits expire after this period as stated in our Terms & Conditions)
  • Payment and transaction records: minimum 7 years (legal obligation)
  • Refund request records: retained with payment records (7 years) for legal and accounting purposes
  • Prize claim information: up to 90 days after claim period closes
  • Marketing subscriptions: until you unsubscribe
  • Fraud/security logs: up to 24 months
  • Analytics data: 14 months (Google Analytics default retention)
  • Advertising data: as per platform policies (typically 180 days to 2 years)

After these periods, data will be securely deleted or anonymised.


9. Your Rights

You have the following rights under UK/EU GDPR:

  • Rectification: correct inaccuracies.
  • Erasure: request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"). Please note: if you request account deletion, any unused credits will be forfeited in accordance with our Terms & Conditions (Section 6.2).
